This Erasmus+ project aims to equip professionals in the fashion industry with the knowledge and skills required to implement sustainable practices. The project promotes a shift in consumer behaviour towards more environmentally friendly textile consumption and aims to create a socially and environmentally responsible textile industry. Through innovative learning solutions and practical experience, the project supports participants in taking on a leadership role in the sustainable fashion sector.
Project objectives

Implementation
The STC project is being implemented through the following measures:
- A modular curriculum for a vocational diploma focusing on sustainable textile practices and changing consumer behaviour.
- A flexible learning system that integrates training, mentoring and community engagement.
- A Living Lab exploration approach that enables participants to apply their skills in real-world settings.
- A complementary e-learning system, a 6.5-month pilot trial and a final diploma project at NQR level 4-5.
Expected outcomes
- Development of an accessible, modular qualification course for a sustainable textiles consultant, including an entrance test,
a flipbook, an e-assessment and a final project. - The course will be available on an e-platform and a mobile app in English and other partner languages.
- Graduates will obtain a NQR Level 4-5 diploma, qualifying them for professional roles in the EU labour market.
- The project will also promote recognition of changing consumer behaviour regarding sustainable textiles.
